Season view, display and comments

Plan months ahead, choose what the calendar shows, follow wellness, import files and comment on sessions.

Season view

Choose Season (or press S) to see 6 or 12 months at once, one row per week:

  • Cycles as vertical bars. Drag down the Cycles column to create a cycle over those weeks; drag the top or bottom edge of a cycle to move its start or end. Click a cycle to open it.
  • Races, with their priority (A, B, C).
  • Duration and load, done / planned.
  • TSB, the form at the end of the week, in italics while it is projected over the sessions still planned.

Above the rows, a chart draws the weekly load against the recommended range, and the form week by week. The arrows move the season by a month; click a week to open it in the week view.

Workout profiles and display

Planned sessions with a structured workout show its profile under their name: one bar per step, as wide as it lasts and as tall as it is hard, in the colour of its zone.

The Display menu (gear icon next to the filters) chooses:

  • the density of the cards: compact fits more sessions per day, comfortable shows more;
  • what cards show: workout profile, duration, distance, elevation, load;
  • what the week summary shows: duration, distance, elevation, load, form;
  • the wellness and form row under each day.

These choices are saved with your account and follow you on every device.

Wellness and form under each day

When you record them, each day shows last night's sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and Hooper index, then the form (TSB) the day ends on, with a dot coloured by status. The form of the coming days is projected over the sessions still planned, in italics. Measurements come from your connected devices or from Metrics; without any, the row only shows the form, and the calendar does not even ask for wellness data.

Import files by dropping them on a day

Drag FIT, GPX or TCX files from your computer onto a day of your calendar: the import dialog opens with them, as in Settings › Connectors. Each file is checked and imported on its own, on the date it was recorded. Coaches cannot drop files on an athlete's calendar: imports go to your own activities.

Comments

Open a planned session or an activity to read and write its comments. They are shared between the athlete and their coaches, and also appear in Messages, with its email notifications. Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on a Mac) sends.

Cards show how many comments a session has, in colour while some are unread. Opening the session marks them read.
