Done against planned

How the calendar grades sessions and sums up each week.

Colours on the cards

A planned session gets a coloured strip on its left once it can be judged:

StripMeaning
GreenDone within 20% of the planned duration
YellowDone at 50 to 79%, or 121 to 150%, of the plan
OrangeDone more than 50% away from the plan
RedMissed: its day is over and no activity is linked

The duration is compared first; sessions planned only in distance are compared on distance. A session done without a duration or distance goal is green. Sessions still to do, and activities done without a plan, have no strip. The tooltip of a card gives the status and the percentage.

The strip needs the activity to be linked to its session. Synced activities are linked automatically when they match a session of the same day; otherwise drag the activity onto its session, or see Link a completed activity to a session.

Weekly summary

Next to each week (or below it, in the week view), the summary shows:

  • duration, distance and elevation, done / planned, with a progress bar;
  • the training load done / planned against the recommended range: the lighter part of the bar is the load still planned. Bars under it show the load day by day, lighter for the sessions still to do;
  • the sessions done, missed and still to do;
  • TSB, the form at the end of the week (fitness minus fatigue), marked projected until the week is over.

The Display menu (gear icon) chooses which of these rows show. The chart of weekly load and form over several months is in the season view.

Planned load without AI

When no AI estimate exists for a session, its load is estimated from its planned duration and target RPE, on your maximum and resting heart rates, in the same unit as the load of your activities (TRIMP). Races count too. This needs your heart rate profile in Metrics; a session without a planned duration has no estimate.
